Horse Assisted Seminars for Leadership, Teambuilding, Communication & Management

Key competencies for personal and business success

The requirements in the daily working routine for executives, employees, teams and self-employed persons are extremely high today. In addition to professional expertise, key competences and soft skills like leadership and communicative competences, the ability to work under pressure, to give and receive criticism, to handle conflicts, to work in teams, to assert oneself adequately, reliability and a sense of responsibility determine, if their communication and behavior will lead them to personal and business success. Once the basis for communicating with superiors, employees, colleagues, clients or partners is disturbed, a negative spiral sets in, which destroys the basis for successful communication and work.

Outdoor training with horses

a neurobiologically effective learning Method
While far away from seminar locations, office work and city life, real communication and leadership tasks (no simulation, role-playing, etc.) give the participants the opportunity to get to know more about their own communication and behavioral patterns, to reflect on and to optimize them. Working with horses offers an ideal environment to set thinking and acting impulses free, since animals demand a maximum of empathy and capacity to assert oneself appropriately, with authenticity as well as presence. Cooperating or boycotting are the direct answers of the horses to the communication and the behavior of the participants. This direct, neutral and natural feedback mechanism of the horses has a higher acceptability for the participants as human feedback and helps them to recognize and accept their patterns and boundaries faster.
